AND REFUNDS

DOODLE OR DOOM is a browser game. You are given a prompt, a few seconds to draw it, and a score with a joke attached. The score and the joke are entertainment. They are not an assessment of you, your ability, or anything else.

There are no accounts. You can play without giving us anything at all.

Your drawing. When a round ends, the drawing is sent to our server to be scored. If an AI judge is configured, the image is also sent to Anthropic, which processes it to produce the score and the roast. Drawings are not published, sold, or attached to your identity.

Anonymous gameplay events. Which stage of a game was reached — started, died, shared — tagged with a random id that lasts for one browser tab and is never stored on your device. It cannot follow you between visits. Event details are discarded on arrival; only the event name is kept.

Leaderboard entries. If you choose to submit a daily score, the display name you enter, your score, round, difficulty, and submission time are stored and shown on the daily leaderboard. Do not use your real name if you do not want it displayed.

Things kept in your own browser, not sent to us: sound preference, difficulty, your store player id, and which cosmetics you own. Clearing your browser data removes them. A leaderboard name is sent only when you choose to submit a score.

We do not use cookies, we do not run third-party trackers or advertising, and we do not build profiles.

Everything for sale is cosmetic. Nothing purchasable changes your score, makes the judge kinder, or confers any advantage.

On the web, payment is taken by Stripe on Stripe's own pages. In the iOS and Android apps, payment is handled by Apple or Google, and RevenueCat helps us verify and restore your purchase entitlement. We never see or store your card details. Each payment provider's handling of your payment information is governed by its privacy policy.

Because there are no app accounts, web purchases are attached to a random player id shown to you as a recovery code. Native-app purchases can also be restored through your Apple or Google account. Keep the recovery code somewhere safe for web purchases; anyone you give it to can use those cosmetics.

If a purchase does not appear, or you were charged and did not receive what you paid for, contact us and we will refund it.

Otherwise, purchases are digital goods delivered immediately, and we offer refunds within 14 days of purchase where the item has not been substantially used. Some jurisdictions give you stronger statutory rights, and nothing here reduces them.

Do not draw anything illegal, hateful, or sexual, and do not upload anything that is not your own drawing. We can refuse service.

The game is provided as-is. It is a joke about a cartoon judge; please do not rely on it for anything that matters.
